ODR Hours of operation: 8am-5pm Monday through Thursday, and Fridays 8am-4pm.
ODR Test Proctoring: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday, and Fridays 8:30am -4pm.
Contact Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday, and Fridays 8am-4pm
ODR has both remote (Zoom, phone, Contact Form) or in-person options.
If the University is operating under Condition 1, ODR may operate under reduced conditions or hours. ODR will not be open during Condition 2 operations. For current information regarding University operating conditions individuals should check their App State email, Emergency Preparedeness and Appstate Alert webpages.
On an occasional as needed basis, such as between semesters or during inclement weather, ODR may move operations to remote. Test Proctoring will open for in-person proctoring when the University is operating under normal conditions. The ODR website will be updated during these times to indicate alternate operations.
We are located in Suite 112, on the ground floor of Anne Belk Hall. Since some individuals have reactions to perfumes and fragrances found in beauty and personal hygiene products, ODR asks that our visitors refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, and other fragrances, and use unscented personal care products, when possible, in order to promote a fragrance-free environment.
Anne Belk Hall has two elevators. If entering the building from Sanford Mall, take the elevator located in the Department of History faculty lounge, located to the right off the main lobby.
A second elevator can be accessed from the rear of the building at the loading dock ramp. The elevator is on the right immediately after entering the building.
