Contact Information & Hours

The Office of Disability Resources operates 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and ODR Test Proctoring 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday when the University is operating under normal conditions.

If the University is operating under Condition 1,  ODR may operate under reduced conditions or hours. ODR will not be open during Condition 2 operations. For current information regarding University operating conditions individuals should check their App State email,  Emergency Preparedeness and Appstate Alert webpages.

ODR has both remote (Zoom, phone, Contact Form) or in-person options.

Phone: ODR can be reached by phone  8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.

Contact Form: ODR's Contact Form can be used as a quick method for requests for accommodation reconsiderations,  course accessibility inquiries, general or test proctoring questions, or to report an access concern.

Zoom: ODR's Zoom Chat room is monitored 9am-4pm Monday through Friday during the academic session or semester  for general inquiries.

We are located in Suite 112,  on the ground floor of Anne Belk Hall. Since some individuals have reactions to perfumes and fragrances found in beauty and personal hygiene products, ODR asks that our visitors refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, and other fragrances, and use unscented personal care products, when possible, in order to promote a fragrance-free environment.

Visiting Anne Belk and Need an Elevator?

Anne Belk Hall has two elevators. If entering the building from Sanford Mall, take the elevator located in the Department of History faculty lounge, located to the right off the main lobby.

A second elevator can be accessed from the rear of the building at the loading dock ramp. The elevator is on the right immediately after entering the building.
