As the Administrative Assistant, Adriana is responsible coordinating the day-to-day operations for ODR. She acts as initial contact for ODR providing information regarding office processes related to requesting and utlizing accommodations. Adriana assists the office staff through workflow coordination, scheduling appointments, projects, management of departmental budget, and record keeping.
Adriana serves as the primary contact for prospective families/students.

IT Accessibility Consultant
Serves faculty liaison for pre-planning course access consultations, providing accessibility overviews, closed captioning, and general course accessibility. In his role, Josh also consults with students providing consultation and support for their access to academic material and instructional technology.

As an Assistant Director, Courtney determines eligibility for reasonable accommodations, assists students in identifying appropriate University resources/supports, serves as a consultant to faculty regarding the provision of approved accommodations.
Courtney serves as the primary contact for all Coordinated Services (interpreters, CART, etc.)

Heather J. Backus
As an Assistant Director, Heather determines eligibility for reasonable accommodations, assists students in identifying appropriate University resources/supports, serves as a consultant to faculty regarding the provision of approved accommodations.
Heather serves as the primary contact for Auxiliary Aid Loan, Alternate Format of Materials and supervisor for Test Proctoring.

ADA/504 Coordinator & ODR Director
Maranda R. Maxey
As the ADA/504 Coordinator, Maranda Maxey is responsible for the oversight of institutional compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act as amended (2008), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and other relevant federal and state laws pertaining to individuals with disabilities.
As ODR Director, Maranda provides departmental leadership, oversight and strategic direction.
She serves as the primary contact for employees seeking accommodations within the workplace, physical and programmatic accessibility and handles concerns related to the provision of accommodations.
Maranda joined the ODR Team in 2003.
